Feywine Punch

Ingredients

• ½ cup elderflower liqueur
• ¾ cup fresh grapefruit juice
• 3 ounces fresh lemon juice
• 2 ounces honey
• ½ tablespoon rose water
• Roughly cracked or small ice cubes
• 1 (750 mL) bottle sparkling wine

Equipment

• 2 Rocks or Stemless Wine glasses
• 1 pitcher

Instructions

1. In a large pitcher, combine the elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, honey, and rose water. Using a long-handled spoon, stir until the honey has fully dissolved into the mixture. Fill the pitcher halfway with ice. Add the sparkling wine to the pitcher and gently stir to combine. Serve at once in rocks or stemless wine glasses.
