Ingredients

• 2 ounces amaretto
• 1 ounce pistachio liqueur
• 1 ounce coffee liqueur
• 1 ounce espresso, strong brewed coffee, or cold brew concentrate
• 1 ounce heavy cream
• Roughly cracked or small ice cubes

Equipment

• 2 Rocks or Old-Fashioned glasses

Instructions

1. In a mixing glass, combine the amaretto, pistachio liqueur, coffee liqueur, espresso, and heavy cream. Fill halfway with ice. Using a long-handled spoon, stir well for 30 seconds to chill. Fill two rocks glasses halfway with ice. Strain and divide the mixture evenly between the two glasses. Serve at once.
