Beauty Mark

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons pink peppercorns, plus ½ teaspoon for garnish
• 4 ounces Fino sherry
• 4 ounces sweet vermouth
• Roughly cracked or small ice cubes

Equipment

• 2 cocktail glasses

Instructions

1. In a mixing glass, using a muddler, crush 2 teaspoons of the pink peppercorns. Add the sherry and vermouth and stir to combine. Allow the peppercorns to infuse with the spirits for 15 minutes. Fill the mixing glass halfway with ice. Using a long-handled spoon, stir for 30 seconds until well chilled. Strain and divide the mixture evenly between the two coupe glasses. Garnish each drink with ¼ teaspoon pink peppercorns. Serve at once.
