Lady Ophala

Ingredients

• 2 ounces Campari or amaro
• 2 ounces vermouth
• Roughly cracked or small ice cubes
• 4 ounces sparkling wine
• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream

Equipment

• 2 cocktail glasses

Instructions

1. In a mixing glass, combine the Campari and vermouth. Fill the mixing glass halfway with ice. Using a long-handled spoon, stir for 30 seconds until chilled. Strain and divide the mixture evenly between two coupe glasses. Add 2 ounces of sparkling wine to each glass and stir gently to combine. Top each glass with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
